This picture reminds me of Freud’s ideas on Psycho-Analysis because it connects to the Lecture II when Freud explains that instead of using hypnosis and the cathartic procedure as a way to make the person escape from his normal state ,he considered it was better to work with the patients in that normal state of consciousness.He also thought that it was a good possibility to make those memories the patient had to come back into his normal state and insisted to find those memories the patient thought were gone because they weren’t lost and they reappeared.
